Hi everyone!
I’m subletting my lovely room in Utrecht Zuilen from July 31st until the end of August as I’ll be traveling to Portugal during that time.
About the Room:
The room is spacious and cozy, and it even has its own mini living room area perfect for relaxing, working, or hosting a friend. There’s one shelf in the wardrobe for your belongings, and another shelf available next to the bed.
🚲 Getting Around:
• 10 minutes by bike to Utrecht Central Station
• 12 minutes by bike to Utrecht Zuilen Station
• 3 minutes by bike (or 15 minutes walking) to the nearest grocery store
Don’t have a bike? No worries, I’ll lend you mine while I’m away!

You’ll be sharing the apartment with 3 kind, respectful, and welcoming housemates. They truly value privacy and are great to live with, friendly if you want company, but also totally respectful of your space.

The house is located in Utrecht Zuilen, a calm neighborhood just outside the city center. You’re only 10 minutes by bike from Utrecht Central Station, but you still get to enjoy the peace and quiet of a residential area.
There’s a nice front garden where you can sit outside and relax, perfect for your morning coffee or a sunny afternoon.

The room you’ll be staying in is spacious with plenty of natural light and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing, working, or recharging.
One of the best things about it is that it has its own little living area within the room, giving you extra comfort and privacy. It feels like your own mini apartment inside the house.
There’s a wardrobe with one shelf reserved for your belongings, and an extra shelf next to the bed for your essentials. The room is already furnished, so you don’t need to bring much.

The house has a chilled and independent vibe. All three housemates are currently working and have their own schedules, so everyone’s pretty focused and busy during this period.
There’s no pressure to socialize or do things together, everyone respects each other’s space and routine. We don’t really plan shared activities at the moment because of our different rhythms, but when we run into each other in the kitchen or living room, there’s always room for a friendly chat.

We are a house of four adults in total including me. Everyone in the house is currently working and has their own schedule, so the atmosphere is peaceful and independent.

Someone with a similar rhythm and mindset (quiet, clean, respectful of shared spaces) will feel right at home here. Ideally, this is for someone I can trust to leave my belongings with, who respects others’ property. And If you need a place urgently and are ready to move out when it’s time, this could be the perfect spot for you.
